hello,
are there someone who can tell me if we can create a graphiacal interface with EMF-GMF?

Yes our course GMF and Graphati are well suited for developing a
graphical interface for an EMF model.

could you please give me some sites or tuto to begin with ,cause i'm debutant and i need it to crate a graphical interface with icons, windows etc...

Try googling "Eclipse GMF" and "Eclipse Graphiti". The Eclipse Epsilon
project might be useful for use with GMF.
