Is there any possibility to use my custom components coded on top of swt/jface components(table etc.)/composites(tabbed pane, Scroll-pane etc) in GraphicalEditorWithFlyoutPalette instead of figures.

In theory yes, but you would need to implement your own GraphicalViewer and EditParts for that components.
You would also need to propagate mouse events to the tools somehow.

So I don't think it's a good idea Smile
