I don't know what happened, but my Package Explorer no longer reacts to changing the Package Presentation on the View Menu from Flat to Hierarchical or vice-versa. Now, I only have a Windows Explorer type of view where you have to expand each level in the package hierarchy:

src
    com
        a
            b
                c

Anyone know how I might get flat/hierarchical working again? I've reset the Java perspective, closed and reopened the perspective and closed/reopened Eclipse.

Thanks!

Chris

I found the problem. The "src" entry was removed from the .classpath file.
