Remote Debugging Very Sloooow. [message #1053445]

I searched the forum for this topic and saw that others have reported the same issue but I never found any solutions/optimizations.

I am running Eclipse Juno and the code lives on a remote unix server. The debugger takes forever to hit breakpoints and step through code. It's just not workable and will have a huge impact in meeting my project deadline.

Any suggestions?
