Hi All, I am new to EMF.
Can somebody tell me How to create an EMF model from existing java source code?
Is there any plugin available in eclipse
for automatic generation of annotation in the source code?

Moha,

You can create an Ecore model only by annotating the Java source. If you
just want an EMF model to represent the source code itself, i.e., and
instance of a Java model, Modisco has facilities for that.

Thanks for reply Ed. I am trying to annotate the given source code. Is it possible to do that using any tool?

Moha,

No, it would be nice if there was a fancy wizard that help with the
annotations, but we've never had time for the fancy tools; although
Xcore is a big improvement, it doesn't help reverse engineer an Ecore
model from Java source.
