Which package are you trying that's not working? Also, I'm unaware
of any bundles that are roughly 130MB in size--sizes jump from the
full WTP SDK at around 50MB to the all-in-one at 180MB.

And the 1.0 Update Site isn't quite ready yet as we're still testing
it out. You can find out more about the test update site that's in
place, and help us get it working by testing it and commenting on
bug 122774:
