I am completely new to eclipse and WTP.

I have tried the nice wizard named "Creating Bottom Up Web Service".
Everything worked fine until point 12. (click finish). After I clicked, my
PC worked and I could see that the CPU load is nearly 100%. After a while
the CPU load came down to nearly 0% and it seemed that the process is
hanging. After 20 minutes, the process came back with the results like
presented in the wizard. I was able to test everything, with good
performance.

What is the reason for that long response time ?

Context :
Windows XP professional SP 2
Eclipse 3.1.1
JDK 1.4.2_07
WTP 1.0
TomCat 5.0.28
The PC had no other processes running
