Import 'WAR file' does not work? [message #154958]

Hello,

under Eclipse (Version 3.1.0, Build Id: I20050627-1435) menu File->Import
there is an option:

WAR file

If I select this and click the Next button, nothing happens, no additional
windows comes up, nothing!

Whats wrong? Does this feature not work?

From which plugin is this, may I should update?

Any help would be highly appreciated!
