In wtp 0.7, when I modify a JSP, wtp copy it very quicly, now it take some
time (ok, 15 or 20 seconds). It seem that it is publishing more than
modify JSP. Some time there is error saying that it didn't manager to
erase one of the library.

If I modify a class, it take almost the same time has the 0.7 version.
