I am new to 'Eclipse'.

I have installed Eclipse SDK 3.1.2
I was able to 'run' a simple java program.
To create a JSP/Servlet i tried to change to 'Web perspective'.
But the 'Select Perspective' window does not have 'Web Perspective' or
'J2ee Perspective'.

What could be the problem?
