Team project set must include custom project location [message #1038719]

I've got a lot of projects in my workspace.
Manual check-out from CVS is very boring, so I want to use import/export Team project set.
The problem is that my projects are not located in the default location (not in workspace root folder, but in a subfolder).
Why does the .psf file not include the custom location of projects ?
(like it does for the BRANCHE TAG).
