Solution to our Juno based RCP application with Text Editors not opening correctly [message #1014934]

When I tried to launch either the default text editor or our custom xText
based editor, we would get a large exception trace down in bowels of the e4
di. What I discovered after a couple of selective bps in the
EditorActionBar.init() is that the Edit Menu was throwing an exception. We
were using IWorkbenchBenchConstants.M_EDIT (from ActionBarAdvisor) and
changed this to instead provide a default custom key for the Edit Menu.
