there is a possibility to set auto width of a legend box?

Can you explain this further? Are you meaning the entire legend, the legend labels, or something else? Thanks.

In a way, it does this already. You set a max width for the legend, in percent. This can be done in the legend layout button in the legend section of the chart editor. The legend should only take the room it needs, up to the limit that you set for it. If you give more specific details about what you're trying to do, maybe we can figure something out to work for you.
