At school the computers in my programming class use Eclipse Helios for C++ programming. At home however I can't get Eclipse to successfully run but I did get Codeblocks to work on my home computer.

If I start a program on Codeblocks and take it to school, will I be able to open it on Eclipse and vice versa?
