Java Build Path Libraries disappear [message #1007896] Thu, 07 February 2013 20:22
Eclipse UserFriend
What are the reasons why the Java Build Path Libraries would disappear? The explanation is a little long but can give it if anyone wants to read it. The nutshell version is that the Java Project creates fine and uses about 20 external jar files listed in the Libraries. The first time I go to look at the Java Build Path Libraries, they are fine. Then, if I click OK (whether I've changed anything or not), the next time I look there, they are all gone.

Eclipse Helios using IBM's JRockit (jdk 1.6) and Clearcase on Linux.

*My* environment did not change. The system environment did change but they disavow causing any effect on Eclipse and virtually always, in the past, they are right.

What are some reasons this would happen?
Thanks.

PS: Is this the right Forum? Seemed a toss up between this and JDT.
