I have installed Eclipse Juno v 4.2.1 there was no any update sites added to the program. I Googled and found to sites refers to my installations:

1: http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno/
2: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.2

Which one should I use to receive latest updates/features to my IDE?
