Hi

I'm trying to use the standalone Help from Eclipse, following the instructions here:

http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Fguide%2Fua_help_setup_standalone.htm

When I call the help (using below command), I get two unexpected results.

java -classpath d:\myApp\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.help.base_[version].jar org.eclipse.help.standalone.Help -command displayHelp E:/<path>/toc.xml

The first one is that even with using the displayHelp command it opens Internet Explorer (rather than the Eclipse built-in browser).

The second is that the explicit href is not accepted, producing the error:

Problem accessing /help/topicE:/eclipse-doc-tests/E1/eclipse/help/toc.xml. Reason:
ProxyServlet: /help/topicE:/eclipse-doc-tests/E1/eclipse/help/toc.xml

The online documentation seems to indicate that I can place the documentation in the plugins directory and the toc.xml should be picked up, but that doesn't work either.
