Hi,

I am trying to trace the source of bug 388886, which causes malfunction of Mac rubber band scrolling in SWT in Java 7. See the bug description for details and for snippet, which demonstrates the problem.

I am quite new to SWT internals and I am stuck. From some debugging I did, it seems that the rubber effect is created by os-issued events, so I could not imagine, how Java version could impact whether it works or not.

I would appreciate any hints on how to approach the problem or any explanation how rubber-band processing should work.
