Hello & Thanks ,
I am here because of a Post @
stackoverflow.com/questions/530787/simple-http-web-server
where it mantions JETTY webServer .
I am looking for a lightweight desktop client-server .
Is jetty crossplatform ?

Basically , I would like to write some javascript programs
that can read/write .txt files on my computer (win7 x64) .
I am thinking that this can be done via a localHost webServer .

Anyone using jetty localHost ?

Thanks...Vernon

This is the Eclipse newcomer's forum which answers questions about
setting up Eclipse and using it. There's another forum for Eclipse web
tools. You might try there (where there are more guys interested in this
question), though that's probably not the best fit either. Stackoverflow
would be a better place. (I say this so you can be prepared not to get
an answer here.)
