Is there any life in this project?

Pong! Yup. Source code has been committed to SVN and new development is
going on.

Would you be able to help us get JRuby (and Glimmer?) support into e4?

This is still in an early stage, but having support for multiple languages
from the start would be good. Have a look at
/cvsroot/eclipse/e4/org.eclipse.e4.ui/bundles/org.eclipse.e4 .core.javascript
for how Javascript is hooked up. Code contributions would be welcome! :-)

I'll take a look at it. I'm not sure what that javascript bundle is doing.
Could you provide a bit more background on it?
