How to format a <tool>`s <option>`s tip text? [message #1002211]

I am creating a custom toolchain.
I have a tool, and under the tool several options.
There is a property, called <tip> for every options. How can I format the text within this property? I want to add CR, as if the tip is a long string, it is displayed in one long tip, which is a kind of ugly.

Is there a way to break a long string into multiple lines in a tip?
