hi all,

I've been searching the forums in vain for a simple way to disable a plugin..

Here's my use case: I downloaded Eclipse Juno, the Modeling Tools spin. I want to disable the SVN plugin. It keeps popping-up a dialog for me to choose an SVN connector. But I don't use SVN, at all, and I don't want to install an SVN connector.

The closest answer I've found is from this thread, but I'd like to think that there must be an easier way to achieve this, since it's a very common use case.. or is it?

Thanks,
omniignorant

Go to About Eclipse (either under Window menu on Windows or Eclipse menu
on OSX), click Installation Details button and select the SVN stuff you
don't want. Then press Uninstall...
