problem exporting as WAR [message #144611]

I tried exporting my dynamic web module as a WAR file and got the following
error:

CHKJ3000E: WAR Validation Failed:
org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.commonarchivecore.internal.exception.De ploymentDescriptorLoadException:
WEB-INF/web.xml

What does it mean?

No idea have you done a bug search at the eclispe bug section to see if there was a bug report on this error?

Some bug report ahow up if you search the error even in using google but not sure which bug report applies to your error

Couldn't find anything relevant. I rebuilt the project and it's ok now. It
seems like the project got corrupted somehow - it didn't look like a normal
J2EE project.
