The Help pages and the "Welcome" Pages are displayed with the Eclipse intern Browser.
Is it possibile to automate and map elements inside this browser ? If yes how ?

The current start methods for browsers don't support the Eclipse internal browser. It would probably be possible to extend this mechanism to address the internal browser but this would only be meaningful if it works with the underlying Selenium driver.

You would have to address this as two different AUTs since Jubula doesn't allow mixing of GUI toolkits within an AUT yet.
