Is it possible to hook a Menu Contribution created within Application/Menu Contributions to multiple Parent-Id elements?

For example: I create a specific sub-menu which I want the user to be able to access both in the main menu und the popup-menu, hence I want to be able to register this submenu which I realised as Menu Contribution to multiple Parent-Ids.
