Hi,

I'm trying to deploy a web service from a wsdl ( a very simple one, i just
created with new wsdl file)

server : tomcat v5.0 (and 5.5 i tried both)
J2EE : 1.3 and 1.4
web service runtime : Apache axis

I got the following error in the last step.

IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime
axis-admin failed with {http://xml.apache.org/axis/}HTTP (405)Protocol
not supported

I didn't install any web service runtime should i do that ?
I updated all the feture in eclipse is that a bad idea ?

Thanks

Hi,

The only solution i found is to atcually desactivate my proxy in windows/
preferences/ internet and restart eclpise.
In that case yes the deployement works fine.Even if localhost was in the
non proxy web site list.
Well hope it help someone.
