Hello,
I'm using a headless P2-Update like this:

After using a wrapper for the IProgressMonitor everything works fine. But after an update all preferences in .metadata are reseted. Normaly the Workbench doesn't need to be reseted and if it does i want to do it on my own. I can't figure out how to prevent this reset.

Eclipse Version 3.6
The metadata repository is created by using "Generate metadata repository"
There is no P2.inf or something other.
