Hi all.

I'm getting this error: "Value is not a valid NMToken" because I have spaces on the tag "<role-name>"(web.xml file).

I know that the <role-name> is a token and therefore should not contain spaces, but I don't have control over those names and I can not change them.

So, is there a way to make eclipse ignore this error, or just consider it a warning?

I use Eclipse Juno.

Thank you all.
Best regards

Support for editing/validating web.xml is not provided by JDT.
Perhaps you have more luck asking in the WTP forum?
