AUT JRE and RCP Questions [message #986895]

Hello, i'm trying to test an Eclipse RCP tool with jubula. The tool comes packed with its own jre. When configuring my AUT do i have to refer to this jre in the AUT configuration? Is the default JRE even used, wenn my tool uses it's own jre?

Hi,

If you're starting the AUT using a jar file, then you'll have to define the JRE you want to use. If you're using an .exe, then that will contain the your JRE and you don't need to add anything else.

What JRE is it? Is it just a specific version or is it from another provider?
