Datical is an early-stage Austin startup looking to hire an Eclipse RCP developer in central Texas. Let me know if you're interested and I'll put you in touch, they're friends of mine.

Tycho, EMF and OSGi (DS, classloader wizardry, etc) a big plus.

To be clear, this is a local, on-site position in Austin, Texas.
