Output folder for source folders checkbox not unchecking [message #139221] Fri, 16 September 2005 15:38 Go to next message

Hello:

In my workspace settings, I have set the Build Path to use these source
and output folders:
src
classes

In my project settings, under Java Build Path, there is a checkbox to allow
output folders for source folders. I want to uncheck that box so the output
of the compiler will go to the project's default output folder, but when I
uncheck
the box and restart eclipse, the box is checked again.

Why would that happen?

Thanks,
Neil

Hello all:

I also tried setting the output folder to my classes directory, but when I
come
back into the setting dialog, it is reset to the .deployables directory.

Is there any way to override this functionality?

Thanks,
Neil
