Hi, Rafael:

I think RAP?s project people are more than helpfull and willing to give
assitance. Give them some time, they are humans and have a work to do.

You can check too SWT project?s site where you can find a lot of information
about SWT API wich is what RAP uses, in concrete about the new ComboViewer
class they have add to CVS to help you.

Hi Rafael,

RAP is in incubator state, and we just have an early milestone version
available. There are still a lot of things to do, and we are busily
working on those tasks. We try to be helpful and take you feedback into
account when planning our efforts.

However, we can not provide you with support on how to implement an
application RCP (or RAP) style because we simply don't have the
capacity. There are plenty of documents that describe how to program
Eclipse in general here: http://www.eclipse.org/resources/

Hello,

I'm currently implementing a report viewer where a user can select a report
template from a repository (Apache JCR) and generate and view it in the
browser widget.
My experience is that there is still some more to do in RAP (it is an early
milestone as Jochen said), but some things already work good. So it is a
matter of what You need
RAP for right now. For my application only little things are missing or have
bugs. Maybe I could make demo version of my application accessible through
the web until next month
to prove, that it can work, just like the RAP EclipseCon application.

Best regards,

Markus
