Force.com IDE password issue [message #967787]

The password wont save in my Force.com IDE projects when I use Juno, but Indigo works fine. Is this an eclipse problem or a Force.com IDE problem? I've posted in the Force.com developer forums but have only received one reply from someone else stating they have the same problem. I have tried Java JRE/JDK 7.9 and 6.27. Thanks.
