Hi all,
On the off-chance that everyone isn't busy at the conferrence -- or
when you return -- I wanted to introduce you to a new proposal for an
Agent Modeling Platform. This is intended to be part of the Modeling
project and there are a lot of potential connections to various EMFT
components. There is a particularly interesting connection with the MXF
stuff but also potentially with Teneo (live data) and we'll likely be
making a lot of use of EMFT capabilities down the road.
There is a lot of Eclipse infrastrucutre, QA, doc, etc.. work to be
done, but a good part of this technology has been working for quite
some time now, including among other things, working code generation of
model behaviors from very high-level behavior descriptions to multiple
target APIs, live charting of model statistics, and integration of 2D
spatial agent models with GEF.
