When trying to upgrade Subversive I get the following error in Eclipse
3.3.1.1 (in Error Log):

Digest could not be parsed:Element type "includes" must be followed by
either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".

The upgrade dialog shows tree of to-be-upgraded features without names
which are not upgradable.

Update ("Search for updates...") still did not work, but I succeeded in
installing new version over the old one using "Search for new features to
install".

I have the exact same problem. Same message in the log, and eclipse
reports "no feature(s) found on the selected site(s)".
