I have (i think) properly installed eclipse 3.2.1 and VE 1.2.1 na di have
created a SWT application referencing SWT as a Library with JFace support.
As usual i have the ability to access the swt/jface source code and javadoc,
but, before a patch to eclipse system via help->software updates (i think
this is the cause of the problem because my problem it's verified for two
times!) now i'm unable to show source and javadocs!
Before post this problem as a bug, i want to try to specify manually the
swt/jface source position of the library, but i don't have found the way to
do this... any suggestion?
Thanks :)

You can't. It picks it up from the Eclipse SDK that is installed. If you
don't have Eclipse SDK as your target then it can't find the source.
