Problem in Setup Visual Java Editor: Initializing model [message #133963] Wed, 06 December 2006 00:47

I have created a pretty complex visual application (ok, complex for my
standards). For some time, I have had the problem that the setup of the
visual editor does not terminate. Instead, it "freezes" at 75% in a phase it
calls "Initializing model". I imagine this means that the editor takes a
close look at the source code of my visual application and analyzes which
elements there are and how they are related to each other for building the
preview of my shells in the design view and the visualization of the bean
structure in the Java Beans view. In the past, I could solve this problem by
cleaning up the project and trying it again. Now, it doesn't work any more
at all.

Is there any way to find out what exactly causes this problem?
