Correlation functionality in TPTP 4.5 [message #133227]

Hi Experts,

I developed correlation code based on TPTP 4.2. Now we want to upgrade
to TPTP 4.5 and I get compilation erros because few TPTP APIs are
deprecated.
Following Interfaces are deprecated and I am unable to find documentation
about there replacements. Please help.

1. org.eclipse.tptp.platform.common.ui.trace.logc.extensions.
ICorrelationMonitor.java

2. org.eclipse.tptp.platform.common.ui.trace.logc.extensions.
ILogRecordCorrelationEngine.java

3. org.eclipse.hyades.logging.parsers.importer.ParserWrapper.ja va

4. org.eclipse.tptp.platform.common.ui.trace.logc.extensions.
ILogRecordFilter.java

5. org.eclipse.hyades.logging.parsers.importer.IImportWizardCon trol.java

6. org.eclipse.hyades.logging.parsers.importer.
IImportWizardControlListener.java

7. org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.logui.internal.wizards.LogFileDe tailsUI.java

8. org.eclipse.hyades.logging.parsers.LogParserException.java

9. org.eclipse.hyades.logging.parsers.Parser.java

Hi Krishnamurthy,

You can take a look at the TPTP 4.5 Example which is packaged in the TPTP
4.5 SDK build. The sample is under File > Example... > Logging > Log
Correlation Sample. It contains sample code for a correlator with the TPTP
codebase. There is also parser sample under the same category.

Hi Eugene,

I downloaded TPTP 4.5 SDK and installed the plugin in Eclipse 3.4. There
are four samples under File > Example... > Logging. I could not find File
> Example... > Logging > Log Correlation Sample. Am I missing any thing?
Can you please provide the name of the file having the log correlation
sample?

Hi,

You will need to also download the 'Log and Trace Analyzer SDK' for the
samples you are looking for.
