UI Windows do not show up anymore... [message #132382] Sat, 21 October 2006 19:42 Go to next message

Originally posted by: harel.ben-attia.comverse.com

Hi all,

My UI windows stopped showing....

When i open a visual class, the "Loading" window appears for a few seconds,
and then i can see "sShell" and "this" as icons, but no actual window is
appearing...

This happens for all my visual classes, and cleaning the project does not
help. Looking at the log file, no error is written.

Using:
Eclipse SDK 3.2
EMF SDK 2.2.0
Graphical Editing Framework SDK 3.2.0
J2EE Standard Tool Project 1.5.0
Java EMF Model SDK 1.2.0
Visual Editor 1.2.0
Web Standard Tools Project 1.5.0

No new installations or anything like that. The trigger for this is probably
a total Eclipse crash i had. The first exceptions in the log file after the
crash are below.

Thanks a lot in advance,
RL

Hi again,

I get this kind of exceptions in the log (the warning appears for almost
every constructor call, not only the one shown below):

Try clearing the cache.

1) Bring up a VE, then close it and all other VE's.
2) Do Project->Clean...->Clean All and wait for build to complete.
3) Now try a VE.

i've tried this again but it doesn't work.... I get "this" and "sShell" as
icons only on the visual part of the class.

Thanks a lot

If it's getting the same errors, then I don't know. Sorry.
