Hi All,

I am trying to profile a Web application on Weblogic 8.1 server. I have
added -XrunpiAgent:server=enabled as the jvm argument and added the
necessary paths, but when I run the application, I get the following
message:

Agent Controller is not active: will wait in a 1000 ms loop

As a result, I could not Attach Java Process from eclipse.

Can any one please throw me some light on this?

Following are my environment details:
Java 1.4.2.17
Weblogic 8.1
Eclilpse Ganymede RC4
TPTP 4.3

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Jugal

First, try using TPTP 4.5 with Ganymede. I am not sure that 4.3 is
compatible with Ganymede.

Second, make sure to install, configure and run the Agent Controller
(version 4.5). You can download the Agent Controller from the TPTP 4.5
download page.

HTH,
Asaf
