There is a tutorial in the help itself. You can look in there.

I am also new to using Visual Editor and I wanted to know where the best
learning tutorials and all that are. Are there any other
screencasts/viewlets that you guys know of?

So far I have found the visual editor supplied help documents to be quite
good. and will use that in the mean time.

I am also new to using Visual Editor and I wanted to know where the best
