No local direct connection on IAC [message #129100]

I'm installed the lasted version of TPTP (4.4.1) and I want to profile
an application with using the integrated agent controller that is
normally integrated in the platform.
According to the documentation there might have a local direct
connection item in the host list for the IAC, but I have only a
localhost:10002 item and it seem the IAC is not usable.
I think TPTP is correctly installed (I tried both update manager and
manually install package) and I checked there is no other installed or
running Agent Controller so I don't understand why I can't use IAC.
If someone can help me to resolve this issue, it will be a great help.
