Android XML Editor missing Graphical and Source tabs at bottom [message #934569]

When I use the Android Common XML Editor it is missing the tabs at the bottom to switch between Graphical and Source. I am only able to edit graphically. Using Eclipse 4.2.1 64 bit on Linux. Any way to get the tabs working?
