I cannot find a way to add or remove a particular file from a working set without going into the Edit Working Sets, scrolling through the very, very long list of files, and re-selecting the desired file. Is there any way to do this? Has someone written a plugin that adds this functionality?

For reference, I'm using Indigo with the CDT.

I also have AnyEdit installed.

I asked about this on the Newcomers forum, and someone told me that the Package Explorer lets you drag and drop files into and out of working sets, but there is no such explorer for CDT.
