Get refactoring type & changes [message #926416]

Hi,

Can someone quickly guide me through the way to get the performed changes and refactoring type using the Refactoring object???
Currently I can get the name of the refactoring by calling the getName method but I believe there must be a unique identifier for each refactoring rather than identifying them on the basis of human readable refactoring name.
