How to import Swing app to VE? [message #125353]

I am assuming not since I didnt see any easy way of doing this. Then what
is the default location for any saved VE when I create a visual class, so
that I can move it to another project?

Right click on your java file and Open With->Visual Editor. Depending on
how you wrote your original program, you'll have varying degrees of
success in importing existing source to use as a Visual Class.
Information about the source patterns VE recognizes is in the help
documentation and this (pretty outdated) article:
