JPA is not JSF. Please try the Dali forum at http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/f/113/.

Thanks,

Do you have any JPA faceted projects? If not, you are seeing bug 386171. This has been fixed for Juno SR1, which is due to be released this Friday 9/28/3012.

If you do have JPA faceted projects, could you post a screenshot of the entire dialog? What you should be seeing is that the first job running is the clean job, then the JPA jobs are just waiting for that to finish before they complete.
