Hi,
I have a problem adding the MinGW toolchain to Eclipse CDT Juno (Build id: 20120614-1722). Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but it was perfectly fine in Indigo.
Here are my steps for installing the MinGW toolchain:
1. Within the Eclipse IDE, from the menubar, select: Help | Install New Software.
2. Enter in the Wascana repository URL. (Sorry, I was not allowed to put the link here because of forum rules)
3. Select the packages that appear and follow the on-screen prompts.
However after Eclipse downloads all the files I'm getting the following error message:
'Installing Software' has encountered a problem.
An error occurred while installing the items
session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> [R]wascana.binutils 2.20.1.2, action=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.MissingAction).
No action found for: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.touchpoint.natives.untar.
No action found for: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.touchpoint.natives.untar.
Does anyone has MinGW installed in Juno?
Or perhaps there is another way of doing the installation?
Thanks.
