Inlining macro refactoring? [message #903476]

I have some macros in my C code that I've decided are not actually useful, and I'd like to replace them with their expansions. I know CDT has the Explore Macro Expansion tool, but I don't see a way to actually replace the macro with it's expansion, preferably en masse. Is this possible?
