that pre-reqs 1.2 and does the migrations of the palette and the
override files to the new supported format. The migrated files, however,
will not work with VE 1.1. But the new formats will be the ones that
will be supported from VE 1.2 on.

Thanks to your link, i see that this format should be supported by VE
1.2. So i'll do the migration at eclipse 3.2 RC, not before. I mean
3.1.2 is still the regular version to use.
I add the migration to my TODO list ;)
